Wheels Up

Design Sprint & App Redesign

Wheels up is a private jet charter company where members can book private flights through the app.
I contributed to the re-design overhaul that moved us from a developer-based interface towards a human-centered, brand forward digital experience. Our design team used InVision's DSM to create an entirely new library of components that streamlined our design process and made communication with the development team much more efficient.

I was the design lead for the implementation of our "single search" feature, which took our members from browsing for flights to searching for flights.

Néstle ReadyRefresh

UX Solutions

Nestlé ReadyRefresh delivers the most popular brands of sparkling and bottled water to residences and office buildings.
Customers at ReadyRefresh with a recurring order tend to add new items to their delivery. The system would register these additional items as a new order. The recurring order items would not populate in the cart, so customers would shop for them again, add them to their cart, and check out. This created a second recurring order. As a result, customers were getting two deliveries with identical items delivered to their house or office.
I worked with the product management team to breakdown the checkout process and target pain points where the flow was misleading. We decided to implement an "editing mode" feature to inform the customer that they were adding items to their recurring order. The changes were then apparent in their cart and in the delivery details at checkout, avoiding duplicate orders.

1-800-Flowers

Material Design Implementation

1-800-Flowers, Inc. is a floral retailer offering fresh flowers online, gift baskets, and florist-designed arrangements.
Material design was lacking in the app for Android users, so we incorporated Google's Material Theme across screens to give customers a seamless shopping experience. This included treatment for navigation, input fields, buttons, cards and filters. The result was a native experience when browsing through the app, selecting products and checking out.
We created a style guide for the 1-800-Flowers product team to reference for future integration of features.
